WEAVING
With a 80 Airjet,260 Sulzers and 1200 AutoLooms all with working width capacity ranging from 59" to 153".We have the capabilities to weave all counts and constructions like Plain weave,Twill,Sateen , Dobby and higher count threads like 200 to 500 threads qualities.
CONTINUOUS BLEACHING & DYING
Faisal Fabrics ( NAWAS GROUP ) have continuous bleaching Plant and IR Dyeing facilities in house. PRINTING Three rotary printing machines Stork (Holland) = Wider width 12 colors,four repeats of 640 mm,710 mm,820 mm and 914 mm. Reggani = 3.mtr wide 15 colors,repeat from 640 mm to 1018 mm. Narrow Width Printing Machine = one narrow width 12 colors printing machine.
FINISHING
Senging,Desizing,Sanforizing and Mercerizing Machines alongwidth seven Stenters (2 Artos,3 Famatex,1 Brockner and 1 Virock) all wider width with Mahlo system. We can produce all type of finishes like water repellant ,stain release , Silicon soft finish , Anti bectarial and fire retardant, ..etc
CREATION & DESIGN
Faisal Fabrics ( Nawaz Group ) an ultra modern creation & design department,equipped with state of art technology.We use CAD CAM system of PIXEL ART (Spain).
ENGRAVING :- CST engraving system (Made in Germany),with Laser engraving machine .
STITCHING
The Stitching sector is equipped with modern machines to fulfill the ever-changing requirements of our valued customers.We have 250 juki machines, 70 safety/chain stitching/gathering machines. We are equipped with Hem stitched/ Embroided/Multi needle /Single needle Quilting.
QUILTING and WADDING PLANT
Fully equipped unit with 6 quilted machines and wadding plant with capacity of 5000 kg per day (WISE).
